All prices on the website are listed in the local currency and include applicable taxes (if any).
Payments are processed securely through
Robokassa or other approved payment gateways.

3. Digital Products
For digital items (such as knitting patterns):
- Download links or files become available immediately after successful payment.
- Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds are available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

4. Physical Products and Shipping
If you purchase physical knitwear or other items requiring delivery:
- Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated on the product page;
- Shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown before checkout;
- Bridge Knits is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once the item has been shipped.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before confirming your order.
5. Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a monthly service or club (e.g., Bridge Knits Mail Club):
- Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle;
- You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing hello@brindgeknits.com;
- Subscription fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable.
6. Refunds and Returns
Refunds are available
only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error;
- Defective or damaged physical item (contact within 7 days of delivery).
